Role Overview
IMPORTANT LOCATION & LICENSING REQUIREMENT: This role requires an active State Life Insurance License. While daily operations are flexible, candidates must reside within commuting distance of the Orlando area for mandatory localized training, local compliance reviews, and select in-person team strategy sessions. Independent remote applicants outside this geographic radius will not be considered.
The Life Insurance Specialist is an entrepreneurial, high-ticket sales role designed for producers who want to build their own business within a world-class infrastructure. You will specialize in analyzing and diagnosing structural risks within consumer wealth accumulation and retirement plans—specifically auditing client exposure to market volatility, inflation, and future tax liabilities to uncover hidden inefficiencies in traditional 401(k) assets.
This is a high-production, locally anchored agency environment built for high-achievers who want elite specialized knowledge, zero income caps, and complete autonomy over their schedule.
Day-to-Day Operations
- Zero Cold Calling: Engage exclusively with vetted, inbound requests from clients actively looking for advanced wealth accumulation strategies.
- Elite Consulting: Use the psychology-driven NEPQ conversational framework to uncover financial bottlenecks, map out client scenarios, and build long-term trust without high-pressure sales tactics.
- Advanced Engineering: Architect customized Indexed Universal Life (IUL) structures that provide clients with tax-free retirement and maximum cash-value growth.
What We Look For
