Qualifications Must have a valid Driver's License Must pass a background check and drug screening Must be legally authorized to work in the US Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more safely No prior industry experience needed What You’ll Do Assist installers with custom closet and cabinet installations Load, unload, and move materials at customer job sites Learn to safely use hand and power tools Help assemble and install shelving, drawers, and cabinetry Maintain clean and organized work areas Provide a professional experience for customers What We’re Looking For Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Comfortable with physical labor and heavy lifting (50+ lbs) Positive attitude and interest in growing with the company Valid driver’s license preferred Schedule Monday – Friday: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM What We Offer Starting pay: $20.00/hour Paid training and career growth opportunities Health insurance, PTO, paid holidays, and sick time 401(k) retirement plan Company tools and PPE provided Transportation from the company location to job sites provided If you’re ready to start a career, learn valuable skills, and grow with a company that invests in its people, we’d love to meet you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
