Position Overview

We are in search of a proficient and empathetic Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to join a burgeoning team dedicated to providing outstanding imaging services. Description of Responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive range of ultrasound studies, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety by clearly explaining each procedure with care
• Engage collaboratively with radiologists and referral doctors to deliver high-quality diagnostic imagery
• Efficiently operate and maintain imaging devices, ensuring timely reporting of any issues
• Meticulously document techniques and maintain accurate patient histories within the electronic medical record system
• Continuously update your knowledge of advancements in ultrasound technology and best practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or an allied field
• Preferred completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program

Certifications Required

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or an equivalent body
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
