Civil Engineering Intern

Overview Becker Morgan Group is seeking a motivated Civil Engineering Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience working on diverse civil engineering projects in both the public and private sectors. The ideal candidate will be a student actively pursuing a Civil Engineering degree and eager to contribute to real-world projects under the guidance of experienced professionals. Essential Responsibilities Collaborate with engineers and designers to create CAD drawings and development plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D. Assist in preparing calculations, reports, and design concepts for site planning, stormwater management, roadway design, and other civil engineering tasks. Support field investigations, data collection, and analysis for ongoing projects. Participate in project meetings and contribute to the development of innovative solutions. Ensure designs comply with company standards, local codes, and regulations. Qualifications Currently enrolled in an accredited Civil Engineering program. Basic knowledge of civil engineering principles, including site planning, grading, and stormwater management. Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Projects). Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
