School-Based LPN: Pediatric Health & Wellness Advocate
Community Health of South Florida
Community Health of South Florida, Inc. in Miami is seeking a School-Based Licensed Practical Nurse to join our student health program, providing direct nursing care, health screenings, and care coordination under licensed supervision.
The LPN will perform assessments, administer medications, support telehealth visits, and collaborate with school staff, families, and healthcare providers to promote students' health, attendance, and learning.
