Responsibilities We are seeking candidates with three to six years of experience in corporate finance and/or working with financial institutions, private credit lenders or borrowers in finance transactions, including loan originations and real estate financings. The candidate must have experience drafting loan, security, intercreditor and related documents, advising on covenant compliance, leading due diligence teams, managing specialists, and drafting documents. The successful candidate also will have excellent writing skills, superior academics, and the ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision. Qualifications Three to six years of experience in corporate finance and/or working with financial institutions, private credit lenders or borrowers in finance transactions (including loan origination and real estate financings). Experience drafting loan, security, intercreditor and related documents. Experience advising on covenant compliance, leading due diligence teams, and managing specialists.
