Security Compliance Analyst

: As a Security Compliance Analyst at Deluxe you will play a crucial role in ensuring our organization meets and maintains the highest standards of security and compliance. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to assist in internal and external compliance audits, including PCI, SOC 1 and SOC 2, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX). Job Functions:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare for internal and external compliance audits.
• Review and assess audit evidence, ensuring it complies with established security standards and regulations.
• Meet with subject matter experts to observe and interview them about their processes and controls.
• Track and follow up on overdue evidence, working with internal teams to ensure timely submission.
• Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance, as well as to support the development of policies and procedures that enhance security and compliance posture.

Basic Qualifications: Education and Experience: Bachelor's and 2 years of related experience

• Familiarity with information security and compliance frameworks and regulations, including PCI, SOC 1 and SOC 2, and SOX, or frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, COBIT, etc.

Preferred Qualifications: Education: Bachelors Degree in Information Security, Computer Science or Business. Experience: 3 years in a information security related job

• Professional certifications such as PCI ISA, CISSP, CISA, or CISM (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams and external auditors.
