Job Details Location: STRATEGIC INTERVENTIONS - STATESVILLE, STATESVILLE, NC 28677 Position Type: Full Time Shift: Days Education and Licensure: Must be licensed in North Carolina with at least two years full‑time experience treating individuals with severe mental illness (SMI)/persistent severe mental illness (PSMI). Five years of experience is preferred. At least two years clinical supervisory experience is desirable. This position requires a licensed mental health professional holding one of the following licenses: Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Psychological Associate, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW or LCSW‑A), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC or LCMHC‑A), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Work Experience: Minimum of two years working with individuals diagnosed with severe mental illness. Experience in a management position is desired. Position Summary The Team Lead, ACTT, directs the day‑to‑day clinical operations of Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) services, including scheduling staff work hours to assure appropriate coverage for day, evening, weekend, and holiday times. Essential knowledge includes principles of ACTT, relevant laws, regulations, and policies. The Team Lead must possess thorough knowledge of social work/therapy principles, techniques, and practices for complex casework, group work, and community problems. This includes family and group dynamics, intervention techniques, behavioral and psychosocial problems and treatments, and substance use disorders across stages of change. Travel Requirements Valid driver’s license and insurance required. Travel will vary depending on the daily schedule, primarily within the community where members live and work.
