We are looking for an agent that is looking to be full time as a regular team agent but we understand people need a ramp up!!!
We need someone who will fit the team. We are an energetic, client-centered, highly efficient, motivated, and enthusiastic team. We need someone who will match our speed. We have the clients and available leads – we need someone to handle showings and do prospecting for themselves. If this sounds like you, let’s talk!

Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients and potential clients
- Attend showings
- Provide prompt feedback
- Attending home inspections, pre-closing walkthroughs, and closings
- The team lead or agent would handle drafting contracts and negotiating to take the sale through the closing
- Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria
- Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales
- Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service
- Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion
- Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner
Qualifications
- To be a Showing Assistant you must be a licensed real estate salesperson or broker. We can assist you in getting that certification.
- Present yourself in a professional manner
- Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
- Can spend a large amount of time driving
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
Compensation
$30 hourly + closing bonus
