- Run residential plumbing, drain, and sewer service calls
- Diagnose issues and present repair and replacement options
- Educate customers and recommend solutions that fit their needs
- Perform high-quality repairs and installations
- Clear drains and main lines using professional equipment
- Document all work in ServiceTitan
- Maintain a professional appearance and well-kept company equipment
- A motivated, goal-driven, team-oriented professional
- Comfortable earning through a performance-based pay structure
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Someone who takes pride in clean, done-right work
- Licensing as required by the municipality
- 2+ years of residential service plumbing experience
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Proficiency with ServiceTitan a plus (or willingness to learn)
- Able to lift to 50 lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and tight areas as needed
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
