Summary Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience in-store and virtually as a Jimmy Choo brand ambassador, cultivating meaningful client relationships that drive loyalty and personal business. Maintain deep product knowledge, uphold visual and service standards, and support store operations including key-holder responsibilities. Consistently pursue opportunities to meet and exceed monthly sales targets while representing the House with professionalism. Responsibilities Engage clients in person and virtually, provide high-touch service and proactive follow-up (calls, emails, thank you notes). Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through clientelling and business development. Perform key-holder duties including store opening/closing, cash handling, end-of-day procedures and register operations. Manage client book, assist with after-sales service, and maintain visual merchandising standards. Support inventory management, shipping/receiving, back-of-house coverage and special projects as needed. Requirements Minimum 2 years of retail or luxury sales experience with a proven record of meeting sales targets. Strong clienteling skills and ability to cultivate long-term relationships. Cash handling and POS/register proficiency; comfortable with key-holder financial responsibilities. Knowledge of inventory processes, shipping/receiving and visual standards.
