Our Client, a top-tier manufacturing leader, seeks a Senior Manufacturing Engineer in Seattle, WA area. Requirements: Engineering degree, 8+ years exp in regulated production of parts- Aerospace preferred!

responsibilities:
- Drive Process Excellence: Lead continuous improvement initiatives and optimize manufacturing systems, equipment, and workflows to ensure maximum efficiency and product quality.
- Lead Technical & Systems Integration: Direct major engineering projects, managing CAD modeling, part/tool design, and cross-functional ERP/PLM system management.
- Ensure Quality & Compliance: Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure strict compliance with industry standards and operational safety practices.
- Manage Projects & Customer Solutions: Oversee project timelines, proactively resolve technical risks, and align customer requirements with production team execution.
- Provide Technical Leadership: Guide and mentor engineering staff while providing hands-on support on the production floor to expand capacity.
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 6 years of experience
- Education: Bachelors (required)
