If you are driven, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.Specific duties and responsibilities include:Mixes and applies paint to interior and exterior of buildings, furniture, etc., with brushes, roller, and sprayer.Prepares surfaces to be painted by using sandblaster and pressure washer, scraping, caulking, sanding, and applying paint removers.Repair holes in walls as directed by Supervisor.Completes daily work sheets and keeps storage areas clean and orderly.Builds scaffolds as needed.Knowledge, skills and abilities required for the position:Knowledge of painting and wallpapering techniques.Skill in using paint brushes, rollers, spray guns and wallpapering tools.Ability to plan, organize and coordinate work assignments.Ability to communicate effectively.Minimum qualifications:Two years of experience in painting surfaces, buildings, or furniture.Candidate profile (application) requirements must be complete in its entirety.
