As a Banking Manager within PNC's Asset Management organization, you will be based in Grand Rapids, MI. Job Description

Leads growth of banking services within the assigned markets(s). Crafts and executes on the strategies to support business development within the market(s), aligned with AMG's business and financial priorities. Oversees the recruitment/acquisition, onboarding, and career development of banking professionals within the assigned market(s). Coaches, mentors, and manages the performance of Banking Advisors to ensure individual and market goals are achieved while attaining noteworthy customer experience results. Monitors and manages team's adherence to AMG's risk and compliance policies and processes for the assigned market(s). Builds relationships and works closely with market and functional leaders as well as cross line of business partners to grow the Banking business and facilitate integrated business development opportunities and solutions for clients. Builds / manages a network of external partners to assist team in business development and client acquisition opportunities. Serves as subject matter expert for team and demonstrates technical expertise in sophisticated/complex banking and lending strategies. Manages individual relationship with key clients within assigned market(s) as needed. Directs and manages market(s) to ensure client satisfaction, client retention and expansion of sales revenue.

Qualifications

Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role. Listed below are skills, competencies, work experience, education, and required certifications/licensures needed to be successful in this position. Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree. Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry experience is typically 8+ years. At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $146,000.00 – $271,000.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education.
