You Have: 7+ years of experience translating mission requirements into technical architectures and leading design for complex implementations 3+ years of experience supporting the U.S. Department of State's Consular Affairs, including passport services, visa processing, ACS, or crisis management operations Knowledge of consular systems, such as 2DB, ABIS biometric verification, ACS case management, ACRS fee collection, or CA enterprise platforms Knowledge of data integrations across CCD, TDIS, ACS, financial systems, identity management, and crossborder verification systems Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: Top Secret clearance Master's degree Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
