Outpatient Clinical Supervisor - Occupational Health VA, United States Job Description Inova Health – Occupational Health is looking for a dedicated Outpatient Clinical Supervisor to join the team. This role will be full-time day shift from Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm. Outpatient Clinical Supervisor Job Responsibilities: Provides guidance and clinical support to team members in assigned functional area, which may include but not limited to, ensuring team is meeting key-deliverables and quality standards, addressing and resolving challenges, managing and tracking performance, and assisting in time management and scheduling; escalates issues to senior leaders as needed. Ensures compliance and best practices with clinical operations, direct patient care, and patient education. Responsible for the administration and application of all clinical nursing functions, procedures and protocols. Manages patient care effectively and timely by working collaboratively and maintaining active communication with members of the primary care team. Utilizes standards, guidelines, policies, procedures and clinical pathways for delivery of care. Minimum Qualifications: Education: BSN from an accredited school of Nursing or Technical Diploma in Practical Nursing Licensure: RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse or LPN licensed, Experience : 1 year of nursing or related healthcare experience Certification: BLS from the American Heart Association. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Occupational Health, including Worker's Compensation, OSHA, Vaccination programs Training and Education Experience Inova Health System is an Equal Opportunity employer.
