Sourcing Specialist - Merchandising (HYBRID)

This position will be responsible for maintaining Signet’s cost strategy and assisting with new initiatives such as vendor/designer onboarding and status update communications. The Sourcing Specialist will also be responsible for maintaining SLA on Loupe SKU generation for all in-scope banners and partnering with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and facilitate Loupe integration downstream for current and future-scoped business cases. Key Responsibilities Implement and manage strategic sourcing initiatives as they relate to SSP platform and product costing. Assist with sourcing projects to provide financial analysis, cost modeling, and reporting to identify cost saving opportunities and cost increase avoidance strategies. Manage SKU creation SLA across all categories of responsibility to ensure accuracy and timeliness of approvals. Develop strong working relationships with merchant teams across categories of responsibility to facilitate and implement sourcing initiatives. Expand knowledge base for categories of responsibility with ongoing product training. Position Qualifications 1+ years job related experience required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams. Strong analytical abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Team player with strong collaborative approach.
