We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient for a 26-week contract in North Las Vegas, Nevada. The Physical Therapist will provide outpatient rehabilitation services focused on improving mobility, strength, function, and overall patient outcomes through individualized treatment plans.

Candidates must have experience working in an outpatient physical therapy setting. An eligible Physical Therapy Compact privilege may be accepted to begin the assignment; however, permanent Nevada licensure must be obtained as required after starting.

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care based on patient needs and functional goals.

• Provide skilled outpatient physical therapy interventions designed to improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and independence.

• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans and therapeutic interventions according to clinical response and established goals.

• Educate patients regarding therapeutic exercises, mobility, injury prevention, and strategies to support continued functional improvement.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with providers and rehabilitation team members to support coordinated patient care.

• Physical Therapist Candidates With Less Than 1 Year of Experience May Be Considered; Previous Outpatient Physical Therapy Setting Experience Required.

• Current, Active Physical Therapist License or Eligible Physical Therapy Compact Privilege Required.

• Candidate May Begin With an Eligible Compact Privilege but Must Obtain Permanent Nevada Physical Therapist Licensure as Required.

• Graduate of an Accredited Physical Therapy Program Required.

• Ability to Work Day Shifts, Maintain a 40-Hour Weekly Schedule, and Complete Required Pre-Assignment Credentialing and Documentation Required.
