2nd Shift Welder
?nin Staffing is hiring experienced welders for both 1st and 2nd shift at a well-established structural steel manufacturing facility in El Mirage, AZ. Location: El Mirage, AZ
Shifts Available:
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM 2:00 AM (includes shift differential pay)
- Pay: $22-24 based on experience
Skills and Experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality MIG welding (GMAW) on structural steel components.
- Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols accurately.
- Use fabrication techniques to meet production standards and project specs.
- Inspect welds and materials to ensure adherence to quality control requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe, efficient work environment.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in structural steel fabrication.
- Proficient in GMAW (MIG) welding.
- Knowledge of fabrication techniques and tools.
- Strong background in quality control and inspection procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Must pass a weld test.
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required.
