Associate Veterinarian – General Practice

Orlando–Kissimmee Area, Florida
$105,000–$175,000 | Full-Time

DVM Focus is recruiting an Associate Veterinarian for an established small animal practice in the Orlando–Kissimmee area. This opportunity offers a varied companion animal caseload, mentorship, professional development, and the flexibility to grow your clinical interests over time.

Veterinarians at all stages of their careers are encouraged to explore the opportunity, including recent graduates looking for mentorship.

Your caseload may include:

• Wellness and preventive medicine
• General medical care
• Diagnostic workups and case management
• Routine soft-tissue surgery
• Dentistry
• Same-day sick visits
• Client education and communication
• Collaboration with veterinarians and support staff

You’ll have the opportunity to continue strengthening your medical, surgical, and dental skills while practicing within a supportive team environment.

• DVM, VMD, or equivalent veterinary degree
• Active Florida veterinary license or ability to obtain one
• Strong communication and client-service skills
• Collaborative, dependable approach to patient care
• Interest in general medicine, surgery, and dentistry
• Desire for continued clinical and professional development

Recent graduates are welcome, and mentorship is available.

Market-based compensation range: $105,000–$175,000 , depending on experience, qualifications, schedule, clinical skill set, and compensation structure.
