About the Position

Job Title

Travel MRI Technologist

Location

Richmond, Virginia

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Saturday – Monday, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM | Days

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MRI examinations including brain, spine, orthopedic, body, abdominal, and cardiac scans
• Operate GE 450W 1.5T MRI equipment in a Radiology Department setting
• Document and manage imaging data using Meditech and Centricity PACS systems
• Participate in weekend call rotation (typically one weekend per month)
• Participate in weeknight call coverage (typically two nights per week from 11:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of MRI Technologist experience
• ARRT MRI Registry (MR) certification required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Active Virginia state license in hand at time of submission
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with GE MRI equipment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience performing cardiac MRI scans
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR and Centricity PACS platforms
