ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency celebrates its 5th anniversary on April 1, 2025, but I’ve been with State Farm since 2012. I lead a team of six and we’re moving into a beautiful new building in March 2025. We offer flexible hours, personalized training, competitive pay with commissions and bonuses, PTO, a 401K match, and snacks. I have a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kennesaw State University and am passionate about giving back. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Shawn Hughes - State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Agent Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

This is an in office position in Lafayette, Colorado.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
• Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Property & Casualty license  (must be able to obtain)
• Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)
