Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct initial assessments and ongoing therapeutic sessions via virtual platforms, establishing rapport and trust with clients.

  • Develop personalized treatment plans that address clients’ unique circumstances, incorporating evidence-based interventions and therapeutic techniques.

  • Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, focusing on effective communication, conflict resolution, and emotional healing.

  • Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and providing feedback in a constructive manner.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and assessments in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Gotham Enterprises, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals, couples, and families. Our client base encompasses various demographics, providing an enriching opportunity to engage with different cultural backgrounds, life experiences, and presenting issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. Your contributions will help clients develop coping mechanisms, improve their interpersonal relationships, and promote overall mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

  • Must possess an active and unrestricted license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Nevada.

  • A Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is required; a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or equivalent is preferred.

  • At least 2 years of clinical experience in a similar setting, providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates with specialized training in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or Trauma-Informed Care. Experience in working with specific populations such as military families, LGBTQ+ clients, or adolescents is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
