Senior Program Manager

Job Title: Senior Program Manager – Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion
Location: Bay Area, CA (Onsite – Initial 3 Months)
Duration: 3 month contract
Role Overview
We are looking for a high-impact Senior Program Manager with deep experience in Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion implementations . This role requires someone who has successfully led large-scale, complex programs and can navigate demanding client environments with confidence and structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion implementations
- Oversee large-scale enterprise programs with multiple workstreams
- Act as the primary client-facing leader for program delivery
- Drive program governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams (functional, technical, business)
- Ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards
✅ Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Program Manager on large Oracle ERP / Fusion implementations
- Strong track record managing complex, enterprise-level projects
- Ability to handle challenging / high-expectation clients
- Expertise in program planning, execution, and delivery frameworks
- Strong leadership and communication skills
️ Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project
- Experience with JIRA (nice to have)
Additional Details
- Initial 3 months onsite in Bay Area (highly preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication required
