Job Title : Facility Support Technician Join Our award winning team at the Wallhouse Hotel located in Walnut Creek, Ohio. We are seeking a reliable and motivated Facility Support Technician to join our team, This role is idea for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean safe, and well kept enviroment whilesupporting the overall upkeep of the property. Key Responsibilities:Preform preventative maintanence tasks to ensure the property remains in excellent conditionCompletes maintenance slips (work orders) in a timely mannerPerform minor repairs, and paint touch upsMaintains cleanliness of exterior areas, including parking lots, flower beds, and trash removalAssist with groundkeeping, including pulling weeks, and general upkeep of the exteriorPressure wash sidewalks and areas of the parking lotPreform carpet cleaning, and floor cleaningMonitor and check pool chemicals to ensure the proper levelsAssist housekeeping as needed to support daily operationsQualifications:Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work independentlyReliable, detail oriented and takes initiativeAbility to manage multiple tasks and priortizeBasic maintenance knowledge is preferred but not requiredWillingness to work both indoors and outdoors in varying conditionsMust be available to work weekendsMust be on call for any emergency that may come upWhat We Offer:Supportive team environmentOpportunity to grow and develop new skillsStable hours (unless an emergency should arise)Paid time off - after one year of serviceVacation pay - after one year of serviceIf you are hands on individual who enjoys keeping things running smoothly and takes pride in your work we encourage you to apply for this position. Employment Type: Full Time
