Jones & Sons is looking to hire concrete mixer drivers at our Linton, IN location. Started in 1971, we are a family owned and operated business with locations in Bloomfield, Clinton, Linton, Terre Haute, Vincennes and Washington, IN. Our core activities include ready mixed concrete, block, brick, precast concrete, and aggregates servicing southwest Indiana.

Operator benefits: full-time position, local routes; home daily, automatic trucks, 401k with employer match, starting pay depends on experience and driving record but minimum is $23/hr, overtime hours are common March through December, safety incentive bonus program (up to $2,100 annually), 6 paid holidays, referral bonus program.

Variety of things you'll do: deliver ready-mixed concrete, possible dump truck deliveries, work in all areas of plant as needed.

Requirements: class A or B CDL, experience is preferred but not necessary, help promote a culture of safety, pass pre-employment and random drug tests, criminal background check and and motor vehicle record review, requires physical dexterity to lift concrete chutes, navigate through and around various job conditions, and have ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
