Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician

Pay Up to $38.95/hour based on experience Schedule Rotating 2‑2‑3 schedule (12‑hour shifts) Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Occasional weekends, overtime, and schedule flexibility required Team At our Martinsville facility, we manufacture corrugated packaging products. What You Will Do Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to improve equipment reliability Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to diagnose issues Partner with operations teams to resolve equipment problems and improve performance Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and proper machine guarding Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Experience performing electrical and/or mechanical maintenance in a manufacturing, industrial, or military environment Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment and systems Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings Experience working with PLCs, motors, and drive systems Willing and able to work a rotating schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime What Will Put You Ahead Associate degree or higher in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, or related field Knowledge of NEC and NFPA standards Experience with conveyors, power transmission systems, and rotating equipment Benefits Medical Dental Vision Flexible spending and health savings accounts Life insurance Short‑term and long‑term disability Retirement plan Paid vacation/time off Educational assistance Infertility assistance Paid parental leave and adoption assistance Equal Opportunity Employer Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability and protected veteran status.
