Senior Director, Payment Operations

Lead the end-to-end payment operations function for LillyDirect Manage dispute and chargeback processing Serve as the internal subject matter expert on payment service provider Coordinate with Finance and Global Business Solutions for daily reconciliation Handle complex customer escalations related to payments Design target-state payment operations operating model Continuously enhance the patient-facing payment experience Identify repetitive operational tasks and lead automation efforts Own the day-to-day relationship with payment service provider Work closely with LillyDirect Finance for payment revenue and processing fees Partner closely with Customer Care and View email address on click.appcast.io Requirements Bachelor’s degree 7+ years in direct-to-consumer payments operations Strong working knowledge of payment flows Familiarity with enterprise payment service providers Demonstrated experience building or significantly improving operations Strong analytical skills Clear communicator who can translate payments complexity for non-specialist audiences Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Exposure to international payment flows and cross-border expansion Familiarity with
