What You’ll Do Serve as a core player in GingerControl’s trade compliance and operations Obtain and maintain a National Customs Broker Permit to support nationwide expansion Advise clients on U.S. import compliance, tariffs, and customs regulations Work directly with the founder on distribution and growth Represent GingerControl at in-person events, trade shows, and industry meetups Create and distribute content across formats (written, video, live, social) Build and execute hands-on distribution strategies Help design and expand compliance-related services Collaborate with technical teams to apply technology (data systems, automation, applied AI) to improve compliance workflows Who You Are Licensed U.S. Customs Broker (required) Willing and eligible to obtain a National Permit (required if not already held) Comfortable operating in early-stage, high-ownership environments Builder mindset with interest in improving systems and execution Strong interest in how technology can improve trade compliance Long-term oriented and motivated by building something enduring What This Is Not Not a traditional desk-only broker role Not a narrowly defined compliance position Why GingerControl Role with real ownership over growth and execution Direct collaboration with the founders Ability to shape services and distribution from the ground up Opportunity to modernize trade compliance through practical technology Commitment This is a long-term role for someone who wants to build, distribute, and innovate #J-18808-Ljbffr
