Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. As an RBT with Amaze ABA Therapy - Georgia, you will work closely with our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other professionals to provide behavioral therapy services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping us achieve our mission of delivering exceptional care that transforms lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy services to children with ASD and other developmental disabilities in home and community settings

• Implement behavioral intervention plans developed by BCBAs, while collecting data and recording progress

• Collaborate with BCBAs and other team members to modify intervention plans as needed

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions, including data collection and progress reports

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and caregivers

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain RBT certification and stay current with industry best practices

Requirements

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education) preferred

• Experience working with children with ASD or other developmental disabilities; prior experience in a behavioral therapy setting is a plus

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with families and other professionals

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to various locations as needed
