Substance Use Recovery Specialist — Community Supports
Kaizen Lab Inc.
Pathways to Life, Inc. is seeking a Substance Abuse Specialist to join our Community Supports Team. You will walk alongside members managing substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges, helping them build skills and connections for lasting recovery and improved quality of life. You will coordinate care under the Team Lead, participate in assessments, crisis planning, and recovery-oriented activities, and engage with community resources to expand our service area. #J-18808-Ljbffr Kaizen Lab Inc.
