Opportunity: Leadership Development Restaurant Operations Manager
This is a true leadership development role with a clear path for growth. You will work closely with an established, high-performing Owner/Operator and gain the kind of experience that prepares leaders for bigger impact with Chick-fil-A.
Our Owner/Operator, Nick Dose , is committed to developing the next generation of leaders through a hands-on internal leadership development program. This opportunity is designed for someone who wants to learn every area of the business, grow into high-level leadership, and ultimately pursue a future as a Chick-fil-A Owner/Operator or a long-term Operating Partner .
