Pharmacy Manager - Community

Pharmacy Manager – Community (2362522) Oversee the financial, clinical and quality aspects of pharmacy services in a community setting. Partner with clinic teams to provide comprehensive medication management and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Key Responsibilities Create engaging consumer and clinic partner experiences, building strong relationships. Serve as expert to clinical staff, supporting clinical outcomes. Counsel and educate patients on medication usage, side effects and schedules. Ensure compliance with pharmacy policies and regulations. Perform wellness services such as immunizations and flu shots. Drive pharmacy profitability and identify growth opportunities. Motivate, develop and coach pharmacy staff to excel in service delivery. Create a compassionate team culture. Identify, recruit and develop top talent for pharmacy roles. Review key performance indicators and identify improvement opportunities. Plan workforce and business operations for operational excellence. Build relationships with community stakeholders and clinic partners. Develop marketing plans to promote pharmacy offerings. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD. Current pharmacist’s license in Indiana. Immunization certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months of hire. Preferred Qualifications 1+ year of experience as a Pharmacist. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $112,700 to $193,200 annually based on full‑time employment. In addition to salary, benefits include a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase plan, and 401(k) contribution (subject to eligibility).
