You believe no job is beneath you—whether that means running the Toast POS, handling a 2:00 AM equipment emergency, or getting on your knees to show staff how to properly scrub a floor. You leave personal drama at the door, maintain total confidentiality, and serve as a positive role model for our entire team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead by Example (Earn Respect First): Master every role on the floor—bussing tables, running food, and operating the Toast POS—to earn the respect of front-of-house and kitchen staff. Show the team what "squeaky clean" truly means.

• 24/7 Operational Ownership: Maintain open availability across all shifts, weekends, and holidays. Serve as the reliable point of contact for operational emergencies, shift manager support, and facility needs at any hour.

• Quality & Standards: Maintain relentless oversight of food quality, recipe adherence, ingredient freshness, cleanliness, and safety standards across the entire operation (inside and outside).

• Staff Leadership & Discipline: Train, supervise, and follow up with managers and staff. Participate directly in meetings, performance reviews, recognitions, reprimands, and terminations.

• Discretion & Administration: Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding Board of Directors communications and company data. Inconspicuously monitor administrative workflows and report directly to the Board of Directors.

• Customer Excellence: Handle customer complaints with emotional maturity, composure, and a solution-oriented mindset.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of restaurant supervisory or management experience preferred (we are willing to train the right candidate with exceptional drive).

• Uncompromising Reliability: Total availability (24/7/365 environment), punctual, and ready to respond to urgent operational needs when called upon.

• Physical Demands: Ability to perform heavy physical labor, deep cleaning, standing for long periods, and lifting/carrying restaurant supplies.

• Skills: Strong math/cash-handling skills (counting back change accurately), proficiency with modern POS systems (Toast experience a plus), and sharp problem-solving abilities.

• Professional Conduct: Exceptional discretion, emotional stability under pressure, high moral standards, and a clean professional record.
