We are offering a new full-time opportunity for a dedicated Licensed Psychiatrist to join our inpatient psychiatric clinic. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to fostering a supportive environment that promotes crisis resolution, self-awareness, and personal growth.Requirements:License to practice (license in good standing) in Texas is required at the time of hire.Texas DEA License required.Ability to travel within the Beaumont, Baytown, and Southeast Houston areas.Must be able to work Monday through Friday and participate in an on-call rotation as scheduled.Key Responsibilities:Manage an average caseload of about 20-25 patients per day, providing thorough psychiatric evaluations and ongoing treatment.Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.Deliver care within our state-of-the-art inpatient psychiatric hospital, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for all patients.Opportunity Details:Receive exceptional guidance and support from experienced Psychiatrists.Starting salary: $300-400k for the first year, with potential for significant salary increases in the second year.Enjoy 15 working days of PTO, healthcare benefits, and a competitive retirement plan with employer match.Utilize state-of-the-art tools and technology to enhance patient care and achieve a balanced work/life experience.
