Billing Analyst

A leading digital streaming network seeks a Billing Analyst to support day-to-day billing operations while contributing to ongoing system and process initiatives. This role is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate invoice generation, reconciliations, issue resolution, and month-end support activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excel proficiency, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.

Billing Analyst Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end billing activities, including invoice generation, adjustments, intercompany/intracompany billing, and interfacing billing data into ERP systems while ensuring compliance with Operating Approval Requirements (OAR).
• Coordinate with internal requestors, sales teams, client services, and other stakeholders to obtain required information, resolve billing discrepancies, investigate customer inquiries, and ensure timely invoice delivery through customer portals.
• Prepare monthly billing reconciliations, performance metrics, audit documentation, and support month-end close activities to ensure billing accuracy and compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Participate in system enhancement initiatives and process improvement efforts, demonstrating flexibility and a continuous improvement mindset to optimize billing operations and workflows.
• Manage multiple priorities, ad hoc requests, and aggressive deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and high-quality customer service across global teams.

Billing Analyst Qualifications:

• 2 years of relevant experience or,
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to analyze data, perform reconciliations, and generate reports.
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize competing demands, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• General knowledge of accounting principles and experience working with accounting or accounts receivable systems.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented approach and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Prior billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable experience is preferred.
• Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems is preferred.
• Background in the media or entertainment industry is preferred.
• Experience supporting audit requests and month-end close processes is preferred.
• Experience collaborating with global teams across multiple regions is preferred.

Shift:

• 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
• Some OT may be required.
