• C ompetitive Pay:Opportunity to earn $50,000 – $95,000 per year (based on experience and performance)
• Work-Life Balance: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Weekends off)

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

In this role, you will:

• Communicate with customers, understand their concerns, and build trust
• Create estimates and explain repair options clearly and professionally
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
• Support technicians by helping maintain an organized and efficient workflow
• Play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Strong communication, listening, and typing skills
• Friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-focused attitude
• Customer service experience is helpful but we’re willing to train the right person
