Devil’s Thumb Ranch Resort & Spa in Colorado seeks an experienced F&B Manager to lead front-of-house operations for Ranch House Restaurant. The role oversees staff, guest satisfaction, beverage program management and menu development in collaboration with the culinary team. The F&B Manager creates and implements revenue-generating strategies, manages budgets, schedules, and performance reviews, and ensures SOPs, sanitation and high service standards across all F&B areas. #J-18808-Ljbffr Devil
