Software Engineer, New Grad

Build and maintain end to end fullstack systems that power internal workflows and AI-enabled products. This entry level, full-time engineering role is designed for recent graduates and early career engineers who will contribute to production services, internal tools, and user interfaces while growing into ownership of critical platform capabilities.

• Design and implement fullstack features that support internal operations, recruiting, and engineering workflows.
• Build backend services and APIs with clean, maintainable code and learn scalable engineering practices.
• Develop frontend interfaces used by internal teams and end users, primarily with React or similar frameworks.
• Participate in data modeling, schema design, and query performance optimization for relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and design teams to translate ideas into reliable, production-ready features.
• Improve code quality through reviews, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to building resilient, observable systems.
• Make pragmatic engineering tradeoffs that balance speed, scalability, and maintainability as you gain experience and ownership.

• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field, recent graduate or graduating soon.
• Internship, co-op, research, or meaningful personal/project experience building software applications.
• Strong fundamentals in JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
• Familiarity with frontend development using React or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with backend development using Node.js, NestJS considered a plus.
• Understanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL and core data modeling principles.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and distributed application communication.
• Experience with Git and modern software development workflows.
• Strong problem solving skills, attention to detail, curiosity, and a growth mindset, with eagerness to learn quickly in a fast moving environment.

• Previous internship or professional software engineering experience.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, deployment pipelines, or DevOps fundamentals.
• Experience with modern architectures such as microservices, serverless, or event driven systems.
• Interest in AI powered products, workflow automation, or data intensive applications.
• Experience contributing to team projects, hackathons, open source, or startups.

• Core team compensation range indicated in the role materials: $180, 000 to $250, 000 per year.
• Company notice lists a national base salary range for this full time position of $110, 000 to $150, 000 USD.
