Position Summary

Links Technology Solutions (LTS) is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Recruiter to join our growing recruiting team. This entry-level position will support recruiting efforts for contract and consulting opportunities through Vendor Management Systems (VMS), while also assisting with the onboarding and compliance documentation required for new consultants.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and interested in building a career in staffing and recruiting. This role offers hands‑on experience in candidate sourcing, recruiting coordination, VMS platforms, and consultant onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

VMS Recruiting & Candidate Sourcing

• Monitor Vendor Management Systems (VMS) for new job requisitions and recruiting opportunities.
• Source and identify qualified candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, internal databases, and other recruiting platforms.
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications, availability, compensation expectations, and job fit.
• Assist senior recruiters with candidate submissions through VMS platforms.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruiting activity, and submission statuses.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate updates to candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to support current and future staffing needs.
• Work closely with the recruiting team to meet client submission deadlines and hiring priorities.

Consultant Onboarding & Compliance

• Coordinate the onboarding process for consultants who have accepted contract assignments.
• Prepare, collect, review, and process required onboarding paperwork and employment documentation.
• Assist with background checks, drug screenings, employment verification, and other client‑specific onboarding requirements, as applicable.
• Ensure onboarding documents are completed accurately and submitted within required deadlines.
• Track outstanding onboarding requirements and follow up with consultants to obtain missing information.
• Maintain organized and confidential consultant files and onboarding records.
• Communicate with consultants, internal teams, and client representatives to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Support consultant start‑date coordination and ensure all required onboarding steps are completed before assignment start dates.

Qualifications

Required

• 1-2 years of recruiting, staffing, administrative, HR, or customer service experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and follow up consistently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Comfortable learning new software, recruiting tools, and online platforms.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.

Preferred

• Previous experience with a staffing agency or recruiting organization.
• Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VMS), such as Fieldglass, Beeline, or similar platforms.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Exposure to consultant onboarding, background screening, or employment documentation.
• Interest in technology, engineering, or professional staffing.
