Remote Provider Coding Education Lead

Humana is seeking a Senior Coding Educator to identify opportunities to improve provider documentation and create customized education plans for assigned providers. You will report to the Manager, Coding Education and lead risk adjustment initiatives.
You will analyze data, deliver educational sessions, and collaborate with HQRI and relationship owners to enhance coding accuracy and documentation quality. This role requires strong presentation skills and healthcare experience.
