Act with integrity, honesty, and promote the Earthbar culture, values and mission. Maintain a calm demeanor during high‑volume or unusual events, keeping the store operating to Earthbar standards. Anticipate customer and store needs by evaluating the environment and customer cues. Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers in a timely manner. Follow Earthbar operational policies and procedures, including cash handling, safety and security, to ensure the safety of all members. Maintain a clean and organized workspace so that other team members can locate products easily. Provide high‑quality beverages consistently by adhering to all recipes. Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products. Maintain regular and punctual attendance. Qualifications Ability to move and/or lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to quickly learn new procedures, processes, and product knowledge. 1–2 years of experience in food/beverage environments making smoothies and/or specialty beverages or experience in retail and hospitality. Barista, nutrition, and culinary education experience is a plus. Must have (or obtain) a California Food Handlers License (i.e., ServSafe) prior to employment. Shift Details Part‑time / Full‑time positions. Hours vary Monday–Sunday, early morning to evening shifts. Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, with or without reasonable accommodation.
