We seek experienced and enthusiastic Early Preschool Teachers (24 months - 3 years) to implement a program that promotes each child's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development, per the Primrose Balanced Learning approach to teaching and learning. We are hiring lead, full-time teachers. All lesson plans, supplies, and resources are provided. Get your nights and weekends back! Hours: 7:45-4:45 Our Benefits: Excellent and competitive pay for leads $20-24 hr.; Support $18-19 hr. CDA, Associate, Bachelor, or Master's degree in ECE or related field required, or partial college completion is also considered. Previous teaching or assistant teaching position in a licensed early childhood program preferred. Knowledge of the social, emotional, and creative needs of young children. A passion for early childhood education and a vision of excellence. Responsibilities of this role: Responsibility for the overall supervision and daily class functions of the classroom; Implements the approved lesson plans and daily classroom schedule in accordance with the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum and programming. Track children’s progress and report to parents with our pediatric-endorsed assessment; Maintains an attractive, well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore, and confidently make decisions consistent with health and safety standards.
