Principal Data Architect

To support the analytics function, the full-time Principal Data Architect will design and manage the enterprise data architecture on Databricks, ensuring data quality and governance while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Design and oversee governed data products, ensuring a unified definition of core metrics across all initiatives Own the architecture for the analytics platform, including standards and technical roadmaps for data storage and integration Lead the implementation of master data management and entity resolution to link participant and provider identities across systems Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience 10+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or enterprise data platform development Production experience with Databricks on Azure and hands-on MDM implementation Expertise in data modeling, including semantic and metric layer design Proven ability to establish architecture standards and governance in multi-stakeholder environments
