Florida Agency Network is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Mobile Closing Scheduling Coordinator to join our team with Network Transaction Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing electronic closing packages, scheduling remote online closings and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified Candidates will:

• Receive and process incoming RON closing orders in a fast-paced environment
• Prepare electronic closing packages by accurately tagging documents for Remote Online Notarization (RON) transactions
• Schedule Remote Online closings and coordinate signing appointments with buyers, sellers, lenders, title agents and notaries
• Monitor closing timelines to ensure orders are completed accurately and on schedule
• Communicate professionally with customers, notaries, and internal team members regarding scheduling, order status, and document requirements
• Enter new orders and maintain accurate information within company systems
• Review files for completeness and identify missing information prior to closing
• Provide exceptional customer service while supporting a seamless closing experience
• Assist with additional operational tasks as needed to support the RON team
