Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Washington State Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.
• Experience with restorative nursing programs, documentation for long-term care, and skilled Medicare/Medicaid documentation preferred.
• Client requires availability to work Monday through Friday schedule and to follow facility procedures for meal and break periods.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Monday–Friday, 0800–1630.
• Work Schedule: 5x8, totaling approximately 36 hours per week.
• Assignment Length: 13-week contract.
