LAB Technician II

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing and research industry, is seeking a LAB Technician II to join their team. As a LAB Technician II, you will be part of the Quality Control Department supporting research, development, and product testing teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: LAB Technician II

Location: Maplewood, MN

Pay Range: 22-25/hr

What's the Job?

• Perform chemical, biological, physical, and mechanical analyses and tests required for research, development, or quality control of processes and products.
• Assist with compiling, analyzing, interpreting, and documenting test results accurately and efficiently.
• Follow established procedures and methods to ensure consistency and reliability of test outcomes.
• Work collaboratively within a self-directed team environment to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

What's Needed?

• Experience in a laboratory or technical environment is preferred.
• Good mechanical aptitude and skills, with specific training in inspection procedures or product lines a plus.
• Proficiency in computer literacy, including data entry and report generation.
• Strong communication skills and effective time management abilities.
• Ability to work with moderate work direction and identify issues or problems with minimal supervision.
