Looking to MOVE OUT of retail or inconsistent schedules?

Start your career as a Customer Service Representative in Maumee, OH with AllianceOne, a Teleperformance company.

In this role, you will use your customer service skills to help people navigate account challenges and find solutions that work for their situation. While this is a customer service role, you will also support customers with past due accounts by offering payment options and solutions. No collections experience is required. We provide paid training to set you up for success.

What You’ll Do

• Talk with customers and understand their situation
• Help customers find manageable repayment solutions
• Handle inbound and outbound calls (we train you)
• Use empathy and problem-solving to create positive outcomes
• Stay organized and meet performance goals

What You Bring

No collections experience needed. We’ll train you.

• Customer service experience (retail, call center, or similar)
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to stay calm and professional in tough conversations
• Problem-solving mindset
• Reliable and team-oriented

Schedule

• Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Full-time (40 hours/week)
