Title: Packaging Designer Industry: Cosmetics Location: New York, NY Duration: 3 months Responsibilities Lead packaging design strategy across beauty and cosmetics product categories Develop innovative, consumer-centric packaging concepts that align with brand objectives and market trends Drive sustainable packaging initiatives, including recyclable materials, circular design principles, and waste reduction efforts Create packaging for new product launches, redesigns, seasonal collections, and limited-edition programs Develop 2D and 3D packaging renderings using Adobe Creative Suite, visualization software, and AI-powered design tools Requirements Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, Industrial Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years of packaging design experience within beauty, consumer products, retail, or related industries Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and experience with 3D rendering tools Experience using AI-powered creative tools, including prompt engineering and design workflow integration Strong understanding of packaging materials, print production, manufacturing processes, and packaging development Skills Packaging Design Beauty Sustainability Adobe Creative Suite 3D Rendering Consumer Products Project Management Cross-Functional Collaboration AI Tools Brand Development Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by WorkGenius. #J-18808-Ljbffr WorkGenius Group
