Employment Paralegal - HYBRID

Location: Emeryville, CA or Los Angeles, CA Salary: Up to $100,000 Base + Benefits About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Employment Paralegal to join a well-established plaintiffs' litigation practice handling sophisticated and high-impact employment matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal who wants meaningful exposure to complex litigation and the opportunity to work closely with experienced employment attorneys. What You'll Do Support attorneys throughout the employment litigation lifecycle , from case inception through trial and resolution. Assist with complex employment and class-action litigation . Conduct legal research and assist with case and factual investigations. Organize and maintain case files, pleadings, discovery, and litigation documents. Assist with discovery , including document review, production, and discovery management. Prepare case materials, chronologies, exhibits, and trial-related documents. Coordinate with attorneys, clients, experts, and other case-related parties. Assist with filings, court deadlines, and other litigation-related tasks. Qualifications 4+ years of paralegal experience , preferably in employment litigation. Paralegal certificate required Experience supporting plaintiff-side employment matters is highly preferred. Background with class actions, wage & hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, or wrongful termination matters is a plus. Strong understanding of litigation procedures and discovery. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between [$90,000 - $100,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
